Robert Hernandez has represented thousands of clients. No stranger to high pressure situations, Robert worked as an EMT for ten years and was also the Director of Operations for a Home Care Agency that placed certified nurses in the homes of the elderly.
As an EMT Robert saw first-hand how emotionally draining and life-altering an injury can be, and realized he wanted to make a bigger difference in their lives, and ensure justice was served. “By helping those who have been injured I feel it can alleviate some of the struggles that accompany their tragedy,” Robert said. “Every little bit I can do to help, I’m going to do.”
Robert prides himself on thinking on his feet, his compassion, and his creativity. He’s not afraid to take insurance companies to court and fight hard for what his client deserves. Clients connect with Robert because of his big heart and ability to empathize when someone finds themselves in an unfortunate situation. Giving a voice to his clients is what motivates him.
“In a perfect world, no one would get taken advantage of by the system, unfortunately the world isn’t perfect,” Robert said. “That’s where I come in, to right the wrongs.”
Graduating from law school at Northern Illinois University, and receiving his B.A. at Loyola, Robert is an Illinois native. When he isn’t in the office he enjoys playing guitar and reading.
