Zachary Baker
Attorney
Zachary Baker has handled hundreds of personal injury cases and won over $3 million in settlements in the last two years alone. He is heavily experienced in litigation and has years of experience taking cases to court to get the best settlement possible for his clients. He is a Chicago native and attended The John Marshall Law School.
During law school, Zach spent his second year as an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 intern at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office, felony trial division, where he first began trying cases under attorney supervision. He also served as a Judicial Extern for Judge Allen Walker at Circuit Court of Cook County, and interned as a summer associate at Power Rogers and Smith, P.C. He arrived at Dworkin & Maciariello with an impressive amount of experience. Zach is a force in the courtroom in part due to his passion for litigating.
When asked why he doesn’t give up on his cases, Zach said, “Helping clients recover for their injuries is important to me. Getting injured clients the money they need and deserve to treat their injuries and make up for the losses they’ve endured as a result of not being able to work, or the stress they suffer to perform daily life functions or enjoy life is what drives me to achieve success.”
Boasting an impressive winning record, Zach brings his contagious confidence to each case. He settled over a million dollars in cases in his first year, and has continued to settle millions of dollars in cases every year since.
Outside of the office Zach is a member of the General Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Colorado Bar. In his free time he likes to golf, bike, ski, and travel.
